Fortinbras
Fortinbras is a 2020 Westfalen NA gelding (For Romance I x Questa/Quando Quando) both of his parents competed in the Grand Prix dressage ring with great success. His dam competed in Germany, Austria, and the United States briefly before retiring to the broodmare shed and producing us two lovely horses, both by For Romance I. Fortinbras will be starting his competitive career this year, and we are looking forward to his success! Fortinbras is being retained, and is owned in partnership with Joan Owen.
Magdalene
Magdalene (Mannhattan x Gideons Gracie/Gideon) Gwen is a 2017 Westfalen NA mare, we are retaining her for competition and future breeding. Gwens older 1/2 sister has competed through the CCI 2* level and is now climbing the ranks in dressage. Gwen qualified for the 5 year old YEH finals with an 80.3, and while at the finals in Maryland was given the Safe Harbor award- an award given to the most rider friendly performance across the weekend. We are very proud of Gwen for this accomplishment!
Conscience
Conscience (Contratto x Dolce Amore/Davidoff's Hit) is a 2019 Westfalen NA mare. "Rolex" has begun her eventing career and shows great promise! We are looking forward to her continued time competing with us and seeing how far she goes!
Forsythia
Forsythia (For Romance I x Questa/Quando Quando) 2022 Westfalen NA filly. Forsythia received an impressive 8.5 at her foal inspection, and was champion Dressage bred. Her dam Questa competed in Grand Prix dressage in Europe before her import to the US. With the background of performance in her pedigree, Forsythia should be very successful in the competition ring. We are looking forward to developing her in partnership with Joan Owen!
Colorful
Colorful 2023 Westfalen NA gelding Casquino x Polka Dot CF/Palladio We are so excited about this colt! Colorful has 3 wonderful floating gaits and is growing up to look like he will become a fabulous riding horse. Colorful is currently being retained for the program.
Czunflower
Czunflower (Candola D x Gideons Gracie/Gideon) 2022 Westfalen NA filly. This is our last out of one of the cornerstone mares of our program, Grace. Grace's eldest daughter has competed through the CCI 2* level and is now moving up the levels in dressage as well. We look forward to this incredible filly bookending Grace's production with a great competition career ahead of her. Czunflower received an impressive 8.3 at her foal inspection and was champion Jumper bred.
